Delta State Govimet say the heavy rain wey fall on Thursday, seven pipo die inside and many wound for the state.
Na the Mr Charles Aniagwu the Commissioner of Information, nai tok am for news conference wey dem do for Asaba and he say one of the pipo wey die, 10 years boy still follow.
Aniagwu say some pesins still die for Oko wey dey Oshimili and Okpanam, Oshimili South North LGA.
“The heavy breeze wey blow join the rain on Wednesday for Oko side plus the heavy rain fall one building and trees, na those tins wey fall nai kill six pesin.
“One oda pesin wound serious and dey for Asaba Specialist Hospital, then five odas don dey okay.”
He say e get one wey touch bodi for Okotomi Community inside Okpanam, as the state govimet dey try to make sure say dem do sumtin about this flood.
“One 10years wey dey come back from church that Wednesday evening, just miss he leg fall enta the gutter wey dem still dey work on.
“Cus of the many water wey dey the gutter as dem still dey work, nai karey the boy join the flood, pipo try tire to save am dem nor fit and dem even still dey find the deadi bodi till now.
“Na bad tin happen so and we pray make God comfort all this family with the state for this lost.”
He say the seketary of the state govimet, Chief Patrick Ukah dey on ground to make sure say dem get the small boy deadi bodi.
