He say: “Julius Berger dey do beta work. We still dey make Emohua, East West, to Degema Junction wide and na JB still dey do am.
“How much dem bill us? Like N80 billion. We get to take N4 billion from awa own state cash every month so that we go finish the road before one year and six months. Nai make we never fail to complete awa project.
“But bad as e bad reach all this road na FG get am. We nor want make awa pipo suffa. I believe say FG go say make we return dem monie.
“I dey tell you say, as you enta office then stamp make dem return all this monie back, other state go mitate us. So na to return the monie nai be the first time wey we dey ask from you.”
