Corporate Affairs Commission CAC don tell companies wen dey operate for the country say make dem file their yearly returns according to the law or say dem go remove their name from their register.
Wen Mr. Moses Adaguusu, Head Public Affairs of d CAC dey yarn wit d News Agency of Nigeria for Abuja, he come talk say dem decide to make d move becos of the need to for the commission to dey aware of companies wen still dey in operation and those wen no dey operate again.
The yearly return na compulsory requirement for every enterprise or incorporated trustees must file every year by sending to CAC return for the prescribed form wen contain specified matters wen relate to the organisation in accordance with Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA).
