Ebonyi State governor, Francis Nwifuru don threaten to remove any chairman when no win him council area for the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) for the state during the 2027 general election
Mr Nwifuru yarn this one on Tuesday for Abakaliki, the state capital, when he inaugurate the new chairmen and vice chairmen of the 13 local government areas of the South-eastern state.
One video clip wen show as the governor take dey make the statement don go viral for social media and for the video, the governor say he no dey interested to dey hide wetin dey him mind concerning d sacking of the local government chairmen when fail to secure victory for the APC for their council areas for 2027.
He come tell the chairmen say make dem no allow the opposition win for their areas because he say na house nia charity dey start from.
Meanwhile, Mr Nwifuru enter office as governor of Ebonyi State for 2023 under the APC platform and him first four-year tenure go end by 29 May 2027, whereas he dey seek re-election for 2027.
