The National Industrial Court don give order wen go stop the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress (TUC), their officers, organizations and anybody wen dis matter concern from going ahead wit any strike or stop work from on Monday September, 28 2020.
Justice Ibrahim Galadima say d court give the order based on the hearing and determination of the Motion on Notice.
Galadima come still give one order wen go stop the unions, their officers and groups make dem no disturb or stop the workers, groups or ordinary Nigerians from getting access to their offices to carry out their duties on the 28th September 2020 or any other date.
