The 83 passengers of Dana Airlines travelling from Abuja to Lagos were thankful to God for spearing their lives after their aeroplane skied off the runway in the early hours of today.
It was reported that the incident was a result of the wet surface on the runway of the MM2 local wing due to a heavy downpour in Lagos State.
The aircraft with registration number 5N BKI, has been grounded by the airline for maintenance and investigation.
A press statement by the head of Corporate Communications, Dana Air, Kingsley Ezenwa, assured Nigerians that all crew members and passengers came out safe and the unhurt investigation is ongoing.
The aircraft extends their apology to the public, assuring them of their safety with Dana.
