THE Cluster Management Committee/President Generals Forum of Oil Mining Lease (OML) 30 for Delta State don shut down operations of Heritage Energy Operational Services Ltd (HEOSL), operators of OML 30.

The committee wen represent the 112 host communities to OML 30 for Ughelli North Local Government Area say the shutdown happen after different offences.
The statement say the oil company no gree pay their host communities the 2019 and 2020 GMoU funds undermining say dem dey operate for better and peaceful environment.
Dem come still accuse the company say dem stop the payment of scholarships to students from the host communities since 2016.
