Quality Healthcare for Delta

As part of ways to continue to make sure say quality healthcare delivery dey go fine fine through the contributory health insurance scheme, Delta State government don sign one Memorandum of Understanding and one Renovate, Operate and Transfer ROT agreement with one association of medical service providers under the body Pharmaccess.

For d event wen shele yesterday for Asaba, Governor Okowa come talk say the MoU and the ROT dey necessary say becos e go helep people wen need medical care for both d rural/urban environment.

According to the governor wen yarn through the Chairmo for Delta State Contributory Health Commission, Dr. Isaac Akpoveta, he say with the agreements, medical facilities of international standards go dey available for different rural localities of the state…….. Cut (Dr. Isaac)

The Director-General of the DSCHC, Dr. Ben Nkechika, come talk say d innovation wen lead to the signing of the agreement dey very important to achieve the desired result.

He say with the agreements, the private sector go get access to money for one single digit interest loan from the Bank of Industry to fix and run the abandoned 25 health centres across the state.

Itiako Ikpokpo come hail Governor Okowa administration for their commitment to providing affordable health care for Deltans, den he come say the governor don first approve d renovation of 107 health centres for across the state.
